Albert Lam, Senior Pastor ¡@
Dr. Albert Lam was born and
raised in British Hong Kong. In 1982 he and his wife
were called to go to the Philippines and served as
lecturers at Biblical Seminary of the Philippines. Two
years later, he became the Resident Pastor of Grace
Christian Church. Upon finishing up his term of service
at Grace, in 1991 he accepted the invitation to become
the first pastor of Chinese Bible Church of San Diego in
California. Since then he has served in the capacity of
senior pastor and vision leader at that church for
almost 15 years. Pastor Lam attended the Overseas Bible
Seminary in Hong Kong and Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary.
Later he received his doctorate degree from Westminster
Theological Seminary in California. Pastor Lam preaches
regularly at retreats and conferences in U.S., Canada,
Europe and Asia. He¡¦s also visiting professor of several
seminaries in California teaching Preaching to fellow
Christian workers.

Luke Chen, English Pastor English Pastor since
1998. He received his Doctor of Ministry degree from
Fuller Seminary and his Masters of Divinity from Trinity
Evangelical Divinity School. He has over 20 years of
pastoral experience and has pastored in Toronto and Los
Angeles. Pastor Luke and his wife Ruth have been married
for more than twenty five years and have three
daughters.

Paul Ho, Cantonese Pastor Born in Hong Kong, Rev.
Paul Ho immigrated to Canada as a teenager. He worked in
the banking industry after graduating from college, but
left the industry in 1995 to go into full-time ministry.
In 1998, Rev. Ho graduated from Vancouver Regent College
(M. Div.), and served as associate pastor of Westside
Calgary Chinese Alliance Church for eight years, then in
2006 served as senior pastor of Vancouver Newbern
Chinese Alliance Church. In 2008, Rev. Ho moved to San
Diego and begun serving as Cantonese Pastor of CBCSD.
Currently, he is enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry
program at Fuller Seminary. Rev. Ho and his wife Vaness
have two children.

Dalon Chin, Youth Pastor Pastor Dalon was born
and raised in San Francisco as a 2nd generation
Chinese-American (Cantonese). After graduating from SF
State University in Business Administration and Finance,
he worked for a bank as a financial and marketing
analyst. Pastor Dalon served as a layperson at Sunset
Church in San Francisco in youth ministry for 6 years
and college for 3. He graduated from Dallas Theological
Seminary in 2000 with a Master of Theology with a focus
on Pastoral Leadership. He joined the staff of Chinese
Bible Church of San Diego as Youth Pastor in December
2000. He and his wife, Eva, have been married since 1994
and have two daughters. In his free time he enjoys
hanging out with his family and friends, watching
movies, reading, playing flag football and Madden, and
rooting for the San Francisco 49ers football team.

Lam, Director of Pastoral Care Director of Pastoral
Care since 2003. Wife of Pastor Lam, she holds a M.A. in
Pastoral Care from Bethel Seminary. She serves as a
resource person for training lay counselors.

Dora Wang, Director of Spiritual Formation Pastor of Christian
Formation since she returned to CBCSD in 2006 (also on
pastoral staff from 1991 to 1993). She has served in
several Chinese churches as well as seminaries since she
was called to full-time Christian service over 30 years
ago. She is a graduate of Southwestern Seminary (Master
of Religious Education), Westminster Seminary (Master of
Arts in Religion, Biblical Studies) and Claremont School
of Theology (Doctor of Ministry). Dora and John have
been married for over 30 years.

Kai Tang, Resident Pastor of West Campus Resident pastor of west
campus since beginning of the church in 2000. Previously
a professional musician with several symphony orchestra
including China Broadcasting Symphony, Honolulu
Symphony, and San Diego Symphony. Pastor Kai was called
into ministry in 1993, graduated from Bethel seminary in
San Diego California in 1997, and served in CBC as
assistant pastor. In 2000 he was appointed as resident
pastor of west campus, and was ordained at 2001. pastor
Kai and his wife have five children.

George Cox, English Director of West Campus English & Youth Ministry
Pastor, CBCSD West Campus; assisting CBCSD West Campus
since December, 2004. George's wife of 18 years, Judy,
and their two children also worship at West Campus.
George graduated from Bethel Seminary San Diego in 2005.
Previously, George was Director for Spiritual Formation
at a local San Diego church.

Donald Liu, Resident Pastor of Central Campus Pastor Donald graduated
from Bethel Seminary with a M. Div. degree in 2005. He
was a computer engineer for 15 years prior to entering
full-time ministry. His wife, Sue Liu, is also a
graduate of Bethel Seminary and the co-pastor at Central
Campus.

Pastor
Sue Liu, Pastor of Central Campus Pastor Sue was
born and brought up in Taiwan. She came to the States
for graduate study in Pharmacology and became a
Christian through a campus Christian fellowship. She was
a biological researcher prior to entering full-time
ministry and has been our church staff since 2002. |
