Chinese Bible Church of San Diego, an evangelical, nondenominational, expanding Church, is seeking a Mandarin speaking pastor to lead our newly planted, bilingual congregation at the Temecula Valley Campus, just north of San Diego County. As the only Chinese Church in a ≈ 45 mile radius, set in a desirable region with a fast growing population, CBCTVC has a plentiful field in which to harvest.

The pastor should have the qualities of an elder in 1Timothy, and is a graduate of an evangelical seminary in North America with 5+ years of North American pastoral experience in a Chinese Church. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. Our ideal pastor is a visionary leader, a team builder, and has a passion for growing and shepherding a new congregation. The pastor will report to the Senior Pastor of CBCSD.
